My Artist Statement

I never really considered myself to be an artist until either 2012 or 2013. That was when I found Photoshop. I found it because I saw photos that I wanted to change and that came up as an option. Once I was able to start using it, I found that the tools were not as challenging for me to use and understand how they functioned. In high school, I took a class that included Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Flash. With these I always tried to make my work relate to either Nascar or airplanes as much as I could. If I couldn't do that, I would relate what the project was to the time of year that I was doing that particular project.
